Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.

Any concerns regarding quality or packaging will be reviewed, and an appropriate resolution will be provided.

Return Process

Customers must contact us at info@kahwaah.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Approved returns will be picked up by our shipping partner.

Refund Process

If your return request is accepted, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the transaction.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to the customer's bank account.

Exchange Policy

We only exchange products that are damaged or incorrectly shipped.

The exchange process will apply to the same shipping address as the original order.

Reasons for Refund Rejection

If the product has been opened, used, or found damaged.

If the return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

If the product is returned without original packaging.
